Ticketing Guest Service Representative

Job Summary:

Reporting to the Associate Director of Guest Experience (Ticketing), this individual will respond to telephone, email, and in person inquiries to provide excellence in customer service.

What you will do:

  • Deliver outstanding guest experiences in-person, on the phone, and via email communication
  • Be one of the first points of contact for our organization and communicate with the intent to understand
  • Handle record keeping, administrative tasks, and customer concerns with a a positive attitude
  • Work with diverse people including within a team and with guests
  • Be comfortable and enjoy working within a database system
  • Work with diverse people, including within a team and patrons.

Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience with a commitment to creating positive experiences
  • Proficient with computers including databases (Experience with Tessitura and Microsoft Office is an asset)
  • Enjoy working with people and have compassion, patience, professionalism, and follow-through to provide outstanding customer care.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude
  • Energetic and able to contribute well within a team environment
  • Detail orientated and thorough to ensure no errors are made
  • A minimum of 18 years of age
  • Able to work evening and weekend shifts
