Ticketing Guest Service Representative

Job Summary:
Reporting to the Associate Director of Guest Experience (Ticketing), this individual will respond to telephone, email, and in person inquiries to provide excellence in customer service.
What you will do:
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences in-person, on the phone, and via email communication
- Be one of the first points of contact for our organization and communicate with the intent to understand
- Handle record keeping, administrative tasks, and customer concerns with a positive attitude
- Be comfortable and enjoy working within a database system
- Work with diverse people, including within a team and patrons
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience with a commitment to creating positive experiences
- Proficient with computers including databases (Experience with Tessitura and Microsoft Office is an asset)
- Enjoy working with people and have compassion, patience, professionalism, and follow-through to provide outstanding customer care
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude
- Energetic and able to contribute well within a team environment
- Detail orientated and thorough to ensure no errors are made
- A minimum of 18 years of age
- Able to work evening and weekend shifts
